The forecast is good for the weekend and I don’t anticipate that they will have   to change back into their school uniform after the presentations.  Post-match catering is sausage and mash in a takeaway container.   If they are changing out of their playing kit, they can either wear their school uniform or their Regional Polos with school trousers and school shoes.

Food and Drink
Please make sure your son has a good breakfast and bring plenty of snacks and drinks to keep him going through the morning.  There will be tea, coffee and refreshments for parents from the Green Pavilion until they run out.

The boys toilets will be in the White Pavilion – no adults in there please
Adult Toilets in the Green Pavilion or Temple Speech Room – please ask staff for directions.

Medical Care
There will be Medi-Event team on site with three physios who will be based just beside the White Pavilion.  The Rugby School Medical centre will also be open – please contact a member of staff if you require assistance.

Rugby School Shop will be open if you wish to purchase some memorabilia
The Rugby School Chapel will also be open if you wish to look at the magnificent historical building between matches.

Parking will be on The Close, however if it fills up you will be directed to nearby parking by staff.

The Lambs Tour Party
If you have any questions about the tour please speak to Simon or James from Sweet Chariot.  If you son is invited to tour, you will receive an email on Sunday evening.  I would expect a confirmation immediately as all the information has been provided including dates and cost.  Once I have confirmation of all the tour squads, I will publish them on the website.

This has historically been a great experience for all involved and I hope it is the same again this year.  A huge thank you to Rugby for allowing us to use their magnificent facilities and looking after us so well and to all the staff for making it all happen.   If you have any comments about your experience this season or queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
